COVID VACCINATION 

 

All fans must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after the final dose) and provide proof of vaccination with matching government photo ID – as defined by the Ontario Provincial Health guidelines.

 

Unvaccinated fans 12 years and older will not be eligible for entry.

 

For all-ages events, fans who are 11 years of age and younger are exempted from proof of vaccine and testing requirements.
 

 

For those with a medical reason for exemption, please visit the Ontario Ministry of Health website for specifics.

 

MASK POLICY

 

Well-fitted masks are required unless actively eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status.

 

BAG POLICY

 

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy : we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12”x6”12” and/or small clutch bags (4’5” x 6.5”).

 

MOBILE TICKETING

 

All events will be mobile entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

CASHLESS PAYMENT

 

All points of sale will accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). Select points of sale at merchandise and concessions will accept cash.

 

ENHANCED CLEANING & SANITATION 

 

Before each event begins and after each event concludes, our staff will disinfect all high-touch areas within the venue, including seats, handrails, elevator buttons, merchandise stands, restrooms, bars and concessions areas. There will also be enhanced cleaning procedures through the show.

 

Hand sanitizer dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue. Each unit will be checked regularly to ensure the units have adequate product.

 

Disinfectant wipes will be readily available in high-touch areas, including bathrooms, dining, bars and concessions areas throughout the venue.

Know the symptoms of COVID-19, which can include the following : fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
