FAQs About Tickets

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster, or at the venue box office (subject to availability).

Does HISTORY have a box office?

The box office is located at the window to the west of the main entrance, and inside the front vestibule. Major credit cards and debit accepted; no cash. The box office operates only on show days and opens one hour prior to the advertised door time, until 10pm.

During this time, you are able to purchase tickets to any upcoming show, if available. Note that if a show is sold out, we do not hold additional tickets for walk-up sales at the box office. Also note that the price you pay at the box office is the same that you would pay online, including all fees.

I have a Floor2 ticket but my friend has Floor3. What is the difference?

There is no difference. We simply number the tickets for inventory purposes. But for a general admission show, all floor tickets give you access to the main floor of the venue.

Is HISTORY seated or general admission?

Depending on the event, the main floor can be either general admission standing (indicated as Floor on your ticket) or reserved seating (indicated by a section and seat number on your ticket). The mezzanine is always a reserved seated area. The mezzanine general admission section is always a standing room only area.

What is the difference between the various sections? Will I be able to watch the show from the floor if I have a mezzanine ticket, or vice versa?

Floor refers to the main level of the venue.

Mezzanine refers to the front row reserved seats on the balcony.

Mezzanine general admission refers to the standing only area on the balcony, behind the group boxes.

Please refer to our seating map for more info.

Unfortunately, you are not permitted to move between sections for capacity reasons, and must remain in the section for which you purchased your ticket.

What is your refund policy if I am no longer able to attend a show?

All sales are final, and refunds or exchanges are not permitted, including if the support act(s) cancel. Refunds will only be issued (via point of purchase) if a show is cancelled entirely.

Are ticket transfers permitted?

Yes, you are welcome to transfer your tickets if you’d like. You would need to get in touch with Ticketmaster to change the information on the tickets, as they will be sent to the phone number on the original order.

How do my mobile tickets work?

Mobile tickets are accessible via the Ticketmaster app on your phone, and scanned directly from your device for quick and easy entry.

I purchased a ticket from someone online - can you check if it's legitimate?

Unfortunately we cannot check the legitimacy of a ticket purchased from a third party until it is scanned at the door for entry. We are not responsible for tickets purchased outside of Ticketmaster. Entry will be denied and refunds will not be issued to anyone that presents an invalid or duplicate ticket at the door.
